Axxis was formed in July of 1994, and is one of four Groups that fall under the Elite Automotive Marketing "umbrella." Axxis is a buying Group for tool & equipment distributors. Axxis increases member profitability through participation in the Group programs we have established with the major manufacturers. Based on the combined buying power of all the distributors in Axxis, we have negotiated benefits not readily available to the independent warehouse distributor. These benefits are mainly in the form of cash rebates, while other enhancements may include additional warehouse distributor discounts, quarterly specials, net pricing, lower freight requirements or extended payment terms.
